This User-Generated Content Policy (“UGC Policy”) governs all content submitted, posted, uploaded, transmitted, or otherwise provided by users (“Users”) through the website of Kamoing’ & Company Advocates (“the Firm”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

“User-Generated Content” includes, but is not limited to: Information submitted through the chatbot Messages sent via contact or inquiry forms Emails or digital submissions initiated through the website Comments, feedback, or testimonials (where enabled) Any text, data, or material voluntarily provided by users

 2. General Principles 

All User-Generated Content: Must be lawful, accurate, and submitted in good faith Is provided at the User’s own risk Does not create an advocate–client relationship Is not considered confidential or privileged unless a formal advocate–client engagement exists Users are strongly advised not to submit confidential, sensitive, or privileged information through the website or chatbot. 

3. Prohibited Content 

You must not submit content that: Is false, misleading, or deceptive Is defamatory, abusive, harassing, threatening, or offensive Infringes intellectual property, privacy, or proprietary rights Contains malware, viruses, or harmful code Promotes unlawful activity or violates applicable laws Impersonates another person or misrepresents affiliation The Firm reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, whether content violates this Policy. 

4. Rights Granted to the Firm 

By submitting User-Generated Content, you grant Kamoing’ & Company Advocates a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to: Use, store, reproduce, and process the content Review content for quality control, compliance, or security Use anonymised or aggregated content for internal analysis or service improvement We will not intentionally publish identifiable User-Generated Content without consent, except where required by law. 

5. Moderation and Removal 

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to: Monitor User-Generated Content Edit, restrict, or remove content that violates this Policy Suspend or block users who misuse website features We assume no responsibility for User-Generated Content submitted by third parties. 

6. Chatbot-Specific Use 

Content submitted through the chatbot: Is used to generate automated, informational responses May be temporarily stored for quality assurance, training, or system improvement Should not include confidential or sensitive personal data Chatbot responses are automated and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. 

7. No Endorsement

 User-Generated Content does not reflect the views, opinions, or legal positions of Kamoing’ & Company Advocates. We do not endorse, verify, or guarantee the accuracy of User-Generated Content submitted by users. 

8. Limitation of Liability 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Firm shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or harm arising from: User-Generated Content submitted by any user Reliance on chatbot responses or user submissions Removal or non-publication of submitted content 

9. Reporting Misuse
